Device Terms and Conditions

• MiDas eCLASS SD Card is a device that is used to provide access to animated video and audio library to provide interactive learning environment.


• Meddling with the settings of the devices is strictly prohibited as that may cause to disturb its library contents. With such, if it is found that, MiDas strictly disclaims an/all compensation of any sort.


• MiDas provides 1 year warranty on SD Card. The warranty date starts from the invoice purchase date.


• The warranty claim mentioned is given on the technical failure of the device and does not cover damages due to high electrical voltages, natural calamity and physical damages. It is required that customer retains a copy of the tax invoice for eligibility of the claim.


• There will be no refunds given out on any of the devices once sold. However, it can be exchanged/ upgraded to another device upon any technical failure or upgrades.


• Any devices given out to the customers as a deal on special offers without any charge cannot be exchanged in value of cash, is not refundable and/or claimable for any warranty.


• Due to any unforeseen circumstances, if the customer wishes to return the MiDas eCLASS SD Card, they will be entitled to do so, provided a valid reason is given. MiDas has the full right to ensure and check that the device(s) are in good working condition at the time of returning it. It is up to the discretion of MiDas and its technicians to decide on the physical condition of the devices and provide the refund. Vat is non-refundable. It is required that the customer retains a copy of the invoice for the refund.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to MiDas eCLASS gift voucher issued by MiDas Education Pvt. Ltd., referred to jointly as MiDas eCLASS Gift Voucher. The terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time. Additional terms and conditions may apply depending on how the Gift Voucher is delivered.

• All Gift Voucher are redeemable in our website (www.midaseclass.com), or by calling our office at the given number on the back of the voucher.
• Expiration date for this card is 31st Ashoj, 2070; no fees.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced and customers are liable for the voucher.
• Valid as payment method in our website.
• Receipt will show the balance of the voucher.
• All terms enforced except where prohibited by law.
